POW!
Hi. I'm honestly quite nervous to publish this online. What is this exactly? I'm not sure either.
For the sake of introduction, and in a way to form liability of my content, I'm a Grade 11 student from the Philippines who basically has nothing productive to do while in vacation. Ironic to think: the point of vacation is to be not productive. I beg to differ. Everyday is a new opportunity to be someone great. Vacations are breaks from the works of academics, but they are not breaks from your life. Don't get me mistaken, I'm not here to prove myself worthy of greatness. I just like to read and share my thoughts about the things I read. I also like to think-- a lot. I think a lot to the point where I need to flush out the abstract mess in my head. And to me typing is way easier than writing, so I think a blog is a platform worth to try.
I'll try not to be too cheesy with my reflections, though I must warn you: a reason why this blog came to be is because I don't think I can actually say these thoughts out loud. I don't mind sharing, it's just some things are easier written than said. Get what I mean? Spoken words are quicker and more spontaneous; they are for the brave and daring. They are your thoughts translated of the moment, for the moment, by the moment. So I guess you can say speaking is democratic. Writing in the other hand, is a more quiet thought process. Nevertheless, written words are for the brave and daring, too, because of their permanence. I think anything or anyone who shares his/her thoughts with all conviction are daring. Words are representatives of our minds.
Well anyway, most likely this is something what this blog will be. You tell me.
Til then, Me.
